Products Nature All products sold on Printerica are produced only after an order has been successfully placed and paid for. Each canvas print is made specifically for the customer. Product images shown on the website are for presentation purposes. Minor variations in color and texture may occur due to differences in screen settings and lighting conditions.

Payments All prices are displayed clearly on the website and are listed in $ USD United States Dollar currency. Payments are securely processed through Stripe. Printerica do not store or have access to full payment card details. Stripe handles payment information in compliance with PCI DSS security standards. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully completed.

Orders Processing And Shipping Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days. Once production is complete, the order is handed over to a third party shipping carrier. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and usually range from 5 to 15 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Printerica is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns Because all products are custom made to order, refunds are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect ordering by the customer. Refunds may be approved only if product arrives damaged with a clear manufacturing defect or wrong item was received. Customers must contact support within 7 days of receiving the product and provide clear video evidence of the issue. After review, Printerica will offer a solution. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.

Cancellations Orders may only be canceled if production has not yet started. Once an order enters the printing process, cancellation is no longer possible.
